Somebody please check my box design

So this is my first crack at designing a box, my trunks dimensions are 32" X 36" X 14" Wanted to stay a little inside of that though so I can have a tiny bit of trunk. Car is an 90 Integra hatchback so I wanted the subs and ports to fire up. Friend is building the box has really good woodworking skills but hasnt built a Sub box. Need to double check that I designed the box correctly and that it wont be overly complicated to build. I have two Hifonics 12" square Brutus subs. I wanted them to be in seperate chambers so that I can turn one off when the wife rides with me. Thanks for any help or tips

how wide and tall is the port? if the port piece is 16 inches long, then inside of the port can't be 16.

The port is 2" X 14.875"

are you going to have enough mounting depth? 9.5" isnt much

oh okay then yes, you have enough room.

if the last leg of the port needs to be 16 inches down the middle, then the back port piece/panel would be 13.25 inches instead of 16, assuming you put the box together exactly as drawn.
