somebody help....need some opinons

small car big power heres my senerio....I have one 15L7 dual 4 ohm unfortantly! I've installed it on a cadence a-7 which is 1500 watts aprox. into 1 ohm should i settle for half power or go for the gusto and buy one more 15L7

Really kind of depends on how much bass you can handle. The A7HC should be able to provide enough juice at 2ohms to really push the kicker a long way. Adding another sub, obviously would increase the actual bass output and utilize the full power of the amp. The cadence is actully capable of far more output than its modest rating states- either way you should have quite the SPL monster!
