Let's assume for the sake of argument that the cat has been declawed and that the owners are aware of that fact. Unless it started biting there's not any real damage that could have been done and I'll assume as well that had the car bared any teeth that the VidCam would have gotten dropped in a hurry and Kitty would have been the one getting a smackdown.
