Some new toys...

I just got around to getting this equipment into the car over the last couple of days...

These are paired up with a set of Hertz MLK165 that I've decided to go active with.

I've had them for about 3 months running off the passives, and they sounded great, but active gave me so much more flexibility, and it sounds fantastic so far.

There's still tuning to be done, but I'm very pleased with how it sounds and blends together at this point.

After some tuning over the last few days, it's already sounding even better.

This is definitely a very nice setup. The SQ if phenomenal.

More tunning to be done though, I want to get the most out of this setup.

Nice stuff there. When I was looking for comps it was between Hertz, CDT and Rainbow, I ended up with Rainbow but I am sure the Hertz would have pleased me too, they look to be amazing quality parts.

After a bunch of tweaking and tuning, I'm absolutely astonished with the SQ coming out of the Hertz Speakers.

Sub blends so seamlessly with the front stage mids, everything is so crisp and clear, and it plays **** loud off the LRX5.1k.
