idk, id be very scared running them at .5 ohms.They are quite stable at 1 ohm though for sure.

Thats gonna take a but load of power to run those at .5 ohms though. 2 batts enough?

they'll draw about ~230 amps each. the powermasters will be able t stray above 10.5 volts

easier than A and B without a crx. but its still very hard. i was very close to just building a bassracer 149.9 system consisting of 4 15'' type R's and 4 of my amps @ 1 ohm each and more batteries. but i thought street c would be much more challenging. this system will be able to do a perfect 149.9 but it will just be really hard. my max average score will prolly only be a 151. but with this maxxlink it could be higher.

someone asked me about the maxxlink so i will explain it. a maxxlink can strap any identical amps together. a single unit can strap up to 10 amps. it does not matter whether the amps is strappable or not, this module makes it happen. in my case, my amps are actually strappable to begin with. i bought this because everyone that has used one of these units has seen gains. sometimes in the 1.5 db range. even .1 its worth it. the unit can be bought strait from maxxsonics. contact mike steirs and he will hook you up. his email is mikes@maxxsonics.com.

another thing this unit can do is choose a particular freq, also boost it, and filter out all the other ones. at least that is my understanding. in certain things like bassrace this would be very helpful. to set this up i'd assume i would use "white noise" and a termlab

I just got my maxxlink and it has a built in test tone.Haven't hooked it up yet.Any gains with using it yet?

mine isnt in either. wont be in for like a month. everyone that has used it has seen gains. just mess around with the different input and output gains and have a termlab hooked up. i am not going to really tune mine untill march for spring break nationals.
