yeah. they can take it no problem, for burps atleast. i'd like to try strapping all 4 of these amps on a single sub to see what happens on the meter though

i believe he has been running his others at .5 ohm for quite some time now. not sure, thats just an IIRC.

I've seen a couple with properly set gains get dangerously hot running at 1ohm.

1/2 ohm they take fine. i actually sold that set in a local build so these are all new. at .25 ohms they shut off but put out a ton of power. daily i will run 1 amp at 1 ohm to 2 subs. for comps (including drive by and bassrace) i will have all 4 amps at .5 ohms.

at 1/2 ohm and my voltage drop they'll put out around 2k

i use hifonics in mostly all my installs i do. i always run full grounds. never had a problem with heating up. at 1 ohm they get "warm" maybe 80-90 degrees on a day thats 70 outside

idk, id be very scared running them at .5 ohms.

They are quite stable at 1 ohm though for sure.

Thats gonna take a but load of power to run those at .5 ohms though. 2 batts enough?
