Imma be puttin a little system in for a friend next weekend and i want to make sure i have everything covered.
1) The box with subs and amp obviously lol
2) all my speaker wire is ran so all i need to do is hook up RCA's when i put it in
3) I have 35 Ft of 8 Gauge ( im keeping the extra which should be 20 Ft ) for ground and power and i have my remote wire
3) 4 Gauge ring terminals
4) Heatshrink, screwdrivers, strippers, crimpers, lighter, Fuse holder, 5 80 Amp fuses, 4 extra 40 amp's for the amp
Some stuff i wanna ask about
1) He wanted to hook up a toggle switch so he can turn the system off when he has the little ones in the truck. I was wondering if i just put that toggle on the remote wire if that would get the job done
2) Does it matter where i put the fuse holder, I was thinking right under the hood so it would be easy to change.
Am i forgetting anything.
