When I started battling four years ago, it wasn't like this. The atmosphere was calmer and less beefing but over time people just started acting up but to each his own as long as I'm not personally involved in an altercation but I tell one thing that it draws huge amounts of spectators.

i have never seen a bunch of losers get together and talk smack about car stereos and who is better/louder/whatever. i think you and everyone that "battles" are a bunch of morons in need of being removed from the gene pool. get a freaking life and go to an SPL comp...
this is like street racing, but gayer. which is actually quite an accomplishment.

I will go to SPL comps this year to get my *** handed to me and I will have fun. They are a certain market that manufacturers are trying to reach and I will help them because I understand the urban community here. I don't have to like it but it's whats going on here right now. I personally don't like having arguments or coming close to fighting with some of these guys. I have a family and businesses. I'm getting older and don't need that bad type of publicity.

you are wrong, clean and loud vocals are very important
actually SQ competitions are based on the judge listening at 85 decibels. So loud wont necessiarly get you anywhere.
