Solobaric L7

Would a 12" be able to runn off a Soundstream Picasso 880.2. At 4 ohms bridged it pushed 880. The rms of the 12" L7 is 700 rms. I would deffinately port it. Or should I just spend the little extra and get the 15"?
yes.iv seen it run to 1.2kw personally...he blew it though...kid didnt know what he was doing....stupid daily driver..yes the l7 can take 880..acutally the rms is 750btw..and they can take up to 2.5kw(yes i typed it right)for daily...spend 40 more $ and get the 15 man..15!!!!!!ull love it...i love my 15...but mines special...velvet...mmmm....

im feeding a single 12 3k watts as i type this..

they can handle 800.

the only problem im running into is that i am in diar need of a fan or some system to cool the motor, cuz at 3k watts the ***** gets HOT. im looking into computer water cooling right now...

L7's are very capable of handling more than their rated power. I've seen many of them do ridiculous things and still be fine. I'm not saying you should go out and try and break it, but you won't hurt a 12" by giving it 880 watts. It won't be seeing that much power most of the time anyway.
