I know this has been asked about a hundred times before, but I need to know for myself. What would be a good way to power this sub. It is the s18x.

5000rms and I have a v900hc right now that I can give it about 3000rms.

Should I get another identical amp or just sell this one and get a bigger one/two amps? I am not even sure if this amp is strappable.

And yes, money is an issue so I need to know the best amount of watts for the money.

What about two PA3000's strapped ?

Anybody know what kind of amp/amps he was running in that vid? That was the vid that kinda made me want this monster so much.

I think it is great how 4000 seems like soooooo many watts, yet the rms is still 5000. I am sure that 4000 will get that thing pumpin though.

There has got to be some sort of equation for rms/$. Maybe I will come accross a steal on a couple strappable amps or something.

Yeah camry, that looks like what I might do. Or I could come accross another amp like mine. The sub is dual 2. The amp is 1ohm mono stable. Wiring it in parallel would make a 1ohm load to the amp. Stapping (if possible) would make it 1/2 ohm load mono right? Is this a worthwile idea or is it too much stress on the amps?
