long story short i was working on trying to fix the rca prob in an amp....and at one point as i was moving i totally forgot where the iron was, and it grazed my arm rght by the elbow.......owwww

let the flamming begin....

initial burn

few days later

now, a week later

Dropped it on my foot once (wearing sandals cause i was only wiring a terminal), and it stuck to it till I ripped it off. Didn't hurt because I had so much adrenaline running through me, but it scarred bad.

the tailpipe on my 91 gti fell off, and the flange wasn't quite big enough to fit back over, so i was taking a torch to the piece that fell off, to get it to expand a bit.

anyways, it was a stainless steel pipe, and was so hot from the torch that it permanently turned to green/purple a la titanium plating, and when i dropped the pipe on the ground while fitting it onto the muffler, without even thinking, i grabbed it..........

i felt no pain for a split second, long enough for me to think "what in the hell did i just..... **** it!"

that was some of the worst pain i've ever experienced. I had to keep it cold for 2 weeks or it was unbearable.

the mark it left is nothing compared to what my retard roomate did to himself with a can of compressed air, tho......

i wont go into detail, but i'm sure you can google
