Sold 'as is'

no because shipping can "shake" the item if its electronic....

and if its shaken to much... could screw something up...

"dropped" that also sux

Eh, its kind of assumed , however unless the seller specifically states it won't be DOA, then its its not something you should assume. Really, don't assume anything and write out EVERYTHING in plain english as to make sure there are no discrepencies.

thats what I was thinking. I'm just trying to corner this ebay seller so I make sure im not screwed. If he answers my questions in a wrong way it's an automatic withdrawal.

I would not buy anything 'as-is' as to me it kind of throws up a red flag though many probably just to do it to cover themselves just incase something happens while being shipped.

I list all my electronic items as guaranteed not DOA
