Eh, if the guy goes to school, the charge wouldn't haunt him as much as if he just starts filling out applications right after he walks from the cell to newfound freedom. Maybe you could get your conviction sealed if you agree to stay in school for x amount of years after your conviction, IF you do get convicted. Hell, i dunno. Good luck man.

lawer says ill be put in drug court or probation for a year or so and if im a good boy , the case will be sealed. better than spending 27-46 months in prison.

i sold to someone i knew for years that got involved with the police. i wouldnt ever sell to someone i didnt know.
