I'm SO aggravated right now. My 2 SA-10's and sax 1200 was delivered today. Well UPS dropped them off to and empty house without a signature. Well while no one was home a dog got a hold to one of the boxes with the subs in it and ripped the box and the sub to pieces. Idk what to do about it, if there is anything I can do??

I bought directly from SSA.com. Not to mention the ups driver didn't bother putting three packages or electronics under my carport. He left it in the middle of my driveway with no type of covering.

how to do i go about filing a claim?? I never had to do anything like this. This was my first "big" purchase off the internet

I don't understand how i never received any updates on my status order or a shipping number for this shipment

it's fedex i'm dealing with not UPS. Just got off the phone with fedex and was basically told that theres nothing i can do because the shipper(SSA.com) didnt require fedex to take a signature upon delivery so it was left at a vacant house and the rest is history. Pissed to say the least!!

messaged them and was told "You will have to call FedEx about this issue, as obviously, we didn't do this. Give them a tracking number off one of the boxes, and they will start the claim process."
