Lol, no it's touch-tone. It's the ones that used to come with your house when you got a phone line. My dad has worked for Cincinnati Bell for 30+ years... had a different phone... but it was an el-cheapo from walmart that my roommate picked up for like $7. It sucks.

This one at least comes in clear... and rings LOUD. It's got REAL bells in it. lol.
