No, I seriously doubt anything can happen to him. His parents will be held reliable before he will.

Depends on if someone went after him civily or criminally.

If the family of the deceased sued him for some reason in an effort to obtain punative damages yes, they would have to actually go after his parents since he is a minor.

But if the DA came up with some sort of criminal charges against him...that would fall directly onto him.

for one dont go making accusations whereas you dont know the full story. there was a sober driver that was going to drive for the beer run. and no my parents arent cool that i bought kegs. my parents are however understanding as to that i do party, theyre not happy about it. but in no way is their influence on me a factor for this at all.

What your friend did is completely asinine, and he should be held responsible. After reading your post though, I get mixed feelings.

1. Seems this was no friend, but an "of age" acquaintance with common sense of a fooking pickle. And the mentality too match. And was just a way to get you beer.

2. Going by your posts, You seem to be a very self centered person. I say this because your main concern seems to be what can you get in trouble for.

I doubt he will, as it wasn't really a minor giving alcohol to a 21 year old, so it should be mostly in the 21 year old's hand.
