Yeah its a dump.

But its no worse than any of the dumps that i have paid $800-$1200 for when i lived in the city.

Two bedroom, fenced yard, garage.

Its small, but that also makes it easy to heat.

I use rhapsody with the 9.99 plan download all the music I want . But ov course theres a catch you can only play the files on your pc. the work arount to that is a program called tunebite it converts the DRM protected to mp3s.

I do buy music from a local store in the town of 25K.

They do have to special order almost everything i buy from them, but they usually get things in the next day.
