so last night...

...I spent way too much money, but it was fun. There was a lot going on around town and I think I dabbled in a little bit of everything. I met up with a few girlfriends and my right hand man and headed out. First stop was Oktoberfest. Luckily I had a friend who was working a beer stand so it was free Red Hook Autumn all night long, or at least until I left. We decided to leave and head downtown to the Latin Festival at the courthouse, mildly intoxicated from all the free beer. This girl and I danced for a bit to this bachata band but we soon discovered they weren't selling beer so we left pretty soon and headed to a little bar to get a drink and a bite to eat. After eating we decided to go to this new club because I had some VIP passes the owner gave me before they opened. We get there and Im pissed because this place is supposed to be all posh, but the best beer they had was shiner bock which sucks IMO. We met up with some people from a local salon and kicked it for the rest of the night. I started getting pretty drunk and I guess the 'vip' atmosphere got to me because I started buying rounds of Grey Goose + Grapefruit for a table of approximately 7. At about $10 a pop they started to add up quick lol.

We finally made it home at around 3am, 3 girls, my friend, and I. Then out of ****ing nowhere my ex shows up with one of her friends and is trying to chill and nedless to say it made for a bad rest of the night. lol.

I dont know why im posting this, im just bored I guess...

So, im trying to find this 4" cowl induction hood for my 92 camaro, all i can find though is prepainted hoods though, all i need is gelcoat, its starting to become a *****, what sucks even more is im looking for a new hood becuase of the previous accident i was in, turns out it wasnt even my fault, and i was suposted to get it all covered by insurance, but the insurance company called my car totaled, i would have to sell the car to them for the value they gave me, buy it back from them at their set price, then whatever money i had left over i could use to fix it, i said screw that, i didnt want a reconstructed title, and to lose $5,000+ for a 92 camaro with only 73k miles on it. So i have to fix everything out of my own pocket.

$800 just for the hood.

Other then the Ex thing it didnt seem like too bad of a night. Oktoberfest was going on here along with a huge benifit concert down in deep ellum, for katrina releif support, 100 bands for $25 all proceeds goes to the red cross.

We need to chill sometime, play some music and drink a few.

EDIT: oh and I know how you feel on the spending money part. Last time my bandmates came into town I blew multi hundreds of $$$ at the strip club. We had a great time but the drink tab was a killer. Got so wasted we needed to rent a cab but there want any available. Ended up spending more cash on a limo haha!!

I had a somewhat similar experience(well not really), and I'm bored as ****, so I will share. So last night, my buddies come back home for a weekend, after living in California for 4 months. They left a week after high school graduation in May. My buddy tells me that his dad is allowing him to throw a party... I'm thinking OK, high school friends, and just a few of us sitting around, chilling, listening to music. Hell no, we decide to buy 4 kegs... My friends and I start drinking around 5:30 PM.. Well, around 10:30, STATE cops show up, because there is an accident near by. By the way, we are in the middle of nowhere. Well, everybody is freaking out, because the cops show up. The party of 150+ people dwendles down to about 30-35. So 30-35 people to share 3 kegs... Miller Light, Budweiser, Bud Light. Also at this time, I realize that I see one of my ex's there... Ex's never lead to anything good... So around 2 AM, we finish off the 3 kegs and move to vodka... Wake up this morning, and find clothes all over the place outside... Underwear literally hanging from the tree's... Turned out for an awesome night....

No, i didn't get any( I have a girlfriend of about a year and a half), but if I wanted to, there were many girls that I could have easily... Last party I was at at this place after graduation, I had a 27 year old woman hittin on me, and was really close to goin off with her, but I realized what I was doing... I drank almost a full bottle of captain that night.... that was a great night also...

on a side night, I hate drunk *******. I about got kicked in the nuts by a stupid **** last night...
