yes I have tested out a mk1 brahma with 1100rms sealed box and i wasnt impressed at all. Getting low yes they do that get defiently loud yes they do that but still price wise 200 shipped type-r or 200shipped l7 is alot more worth it me then 275 shipped brahma. And I stand by my point you want to get loud and not focus as much on sq then don't waste your money on the brahma but It's your choice man your money so I wish you the best with the brahma

You might think that you do not care about SQ but unless you are doing SPL comps you might as well have a sub that gets loud and still sounds great not some fart machine that you go around town doing 50 hz burps with. You want the brahma to get loud then put it into a box that is large tuned high with lots of port area.
