Sorry to hear. The bad thing is once they file bankruptcy, that's that. Can't get water from a dry well. Sadly you can not do anything about it and will probably never see that money. As for the W2's, if those are not received they WILL go after the principle owners for that. Hope you get the money for a cushion but **** that sucks.
