what sux, is i dont live in a bad neighborhood. the guys that were outside were good hardworking people(whether or not they are legal, well, thats a diff story) they are always out there gambling with each other, just something they do to entertain themselves. I suppose they were a target of opportunity. the bad thing is there were small kids out, and like familys hanging out like 30 feet away. how do you shoot someone in front of small kids?

If you have the balls/nerve to shoot someone then i dont think youd really care who was around. If they are that stupid then obviously they dont think of anyone else but themselves
