So i started a new diet of sorts

Get a job driving for Fedex or UPS... it keeps you moving 12-14 hours a day at a panic pace half the time and makes you too busy to even think about stopping and eating... it is working wonders for me...
But I don't even care... I'm a big stalky stalky kid... I look proportionate and at about the right weight between 250-290lbs... I'm a scarecrow at 215...
if they would pay me 25+ an hour like i make now than i'd be all over it

its more about my overall health than just losing weight...i want to be around when my grandkids are graduating. I want to enjoy retiring and taking my grandkids fishing like my grandpa did but he passed when i was in 10th grade at the ripe ol age of 65.

You can make that at fedex ground if you own your route... but I'd rather use my degree (graduated in June)... I'm just paying bills till I can land a 20-25$ an hour job... but it's good for me in the mean time...

i like working at Procter & Gamble, plus i still got room to grow before i hit the top of the pay scale....plus their retirement pwns most others out there not to mention stock options

I followed my recruiters advice and went on a low carb diet and ran daily. lost 65lbs myself..

it is harding getting into the groove of things, but once you are it gets easy.
