All in all, very happy. I am sure that 800RMS @400x2 will make the Type R's thump. I am sure it will be VERY audible LOL.

I dont need a 7" screen just want a touch screen with ability to add nav at a later date.

Just remembered I didnt get 4gauge power wire for amps.

You think I can get that at like Lowes or something.

I also plan on picking up some speaker wire there as well.

good stuff considering you bought everything needed instead of building the box. the subamp is a little on the small side, but will do just fine for the type-r's. You'll have a well-rounded system

I am sure they will be loud. they may not rock your socks but it will be a big improvement over not even having a sub.

keep in mind this is my first time EVER setting up a system

its all going in a 2007 4runner v8

Im not all about making my car rattle apart like some of you are.

The sub is under-rated to begin with. Lets say it has a birthsheet of 900RMS

thats 450 a sub....they are rated at 500rms

i know that is underrated as well but you guys are being ridiculous.
