Snowboarding... bindings.

Well I know I'm getting a Rossignol Scope again for the board.

But as for bindings, I'm not sure what I want. I currently have some Salomons that I really like as well, but something a little more cumfy might be nice. Also I can't find the ones I currently have.

So any suggestions for bindings?

That toe wrap thing on some of the newer bindings is pretty sweet. I myself have some Drake matrix bindings from a few years back that have great adjustment capabilities, but are rather heavy. Great for cruising.

All the new Ride bindings (for the past few years) use a toe strap that has the ability to be worn above the traditional or cap-strap style (new)...

Ride bindings use Aluminum baseplates, versus a plastic base...Cold weather and plastic don't exactly mix--plus, aluminum is very light weight...

I have worked in a shop for 7 years--we have had BY FAR the best luck with Ride bindings--and that's all I use myself anymore...Just find a binding in their line that suits your needs as far as the flex pattern of the binding is concerned and your price range--there is certainly one that will suit you and you will NOT be disappointed...

btw--no disrespect to Salomon--they are decent--but I assure you that you will like a Ride binding much better

Talk to the guys at Alt in Uptown, Miker. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif They hooked me up last season with *gasp* K2 rear-loading bindings. They're perfect for MN where you have to get in and out 400 times a trip.
