SnailShell for XXX15

I got an XXX15 and i was wondering about those SnailShell plains that james was posting up, has any one ever tried them? How do they differ from having the xxx15 at 4.5 at 35hz.

So if increasing efficiency, if given around 1900w, it should technically louder than if placed in a simple 4.5cuft box.

"they dont model all that well" - not as smooth, which is quite true

and yes theoretically they can get louder which is why most SET amps run horns because they need very little power.
