Is this the same one that was listed a while back and everyone was wigging over a chipped off probe tip?

FFS... I already have an HV or I'd buy this thing, broken tip and all. It's a dam good price and the missing 1/8" inch of metal does not effect anything whatever.

I agree. It shouldn't affect the price. But people are so superficial that it does.

That is why I buy amps in poor cosmetic condition. Because it doesn't affect performance and its cheaper because everyone passes on it.
