small touchscreens?

i have space of only 3 3/4" x 8 1/4" max. i'm trying to find something where you only see the screen. NOT like the avic-n2 where it can slide back in. thanks

dodge avenger. small stock stereo. flip out is now ok but can't cover the ac vents which are literally right above the stereo.
