Small tip for ipod users.

There is an option in the settings called "sound check". TURN IF OFF. I did that and unlocked bass!! lol I think the purpose of that is to normalize the volume in all your ipod songs, but it normalizes it at a lower volume. Turning it off IMO makes it louder on most songs. Hope it helps someone...

I have the 1st generation ipod so i know its true for this and i use the ip-100ii connection for my pioneer hu. Dunno if thats even relevant.

I noticed the same thing with mine. But mine is hooker up to kenwood.
