Small tear in speaker rubber surround

There is a very small tear in the speaker rubber surround in my Crtstal SSCS6's. I have not even powered them yet, due to the fact that i dont have a working hu. In fact i just installed them in my doors a few days ago. I was sound dampening my door today and i noticed the small tear in the rubber surround, about ~1mm in diameter, pretty small. Is this something i need to worry about? Is there a way i can patch it or if i send it back to Crystal will they cover it? Thanks.

i did the same to one of my speakers, i just put a drop of super glue on it.

still works & sounds ok.
