Small hole in surround

I have a tc2+ woofer, and recently noticed that they was a small tear in the cone of one of my woofers, apparently from hittin the grill ( high excursion grill btw), and wanted to know what should I use to fix it. Will Epoxy work??? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, now should I apply it the the concave side(back) side of the cone or convex (front) ??
