Small Budget build

Here are some of the necessities: has to have a small footprint, has to be pretty cheap. I'm planning it now.

This is a sketchup of my room with the exact measurements.

(I haven't built the TV stand yet. But I planned on having it control my spare / network / server PC, my snake's cage, and of course my TV/Xbox/TiVo)

Here's a close-up of the stand...

I was thinking 2 full range speakers built into the TV-Stand and a sub, or a set of tweets, mids, and a sub.

Anyone know some good processors?

I dont' know any other websites except for PartsExpress.

As for drivers, I was thinking a pair of ribbon tweets and maybe some Dayton drivers?

Any input?

I wanna keep it relatively low. Like, maybe $30 or so per driver and I think PE was selling Ribbon tweets for $20 or so a piece.

I was thinking a small one. Maybe an 8", tuned to like... 35-ish in a small box? Maybe even a sealed 8.

I was actually thinking of getting one of those Aura Bass Shakers and attaching it to my Futon. Mmmm. Put on a 40hz test tone and turn the rest of the speakers off. Massage.

Though I'm not sure what kind. Maybe a TB one. Take it out of my current PC system and just have the system in my room be for my PC and my HT.

Yeah. I'm probably gunna buy one off PE, I just wanna make sure I'm spending my money wisely. When I bought my car system, I didn't do that and I'm paying for it (metaphorically). My system is good, but I could probably've gotten better. I just didn't know, or ask the right questions. So, for my HA experience, I'm gunna ask more questions and research more.
