Small Budget Amp Approx. 250-300 watts RMS @ 2ohms.

Hey guys. I am looking for a small buget amp that puts out around 250-300 watts RMS @ 2ohms. The smaller the footprint that it has the better due to were I want to mount it. Let me know what ya got.

A memphis studio (or m-class) 250d or 500d would be idea.
