what would you guys says is the minimum width of a slot port without losin performance? 1 inch? 2 inches

if i wanna tune my box to 32hz with the dimensions i want it calls for 1 inch wide port opening, but i can change dimensions if that isnt big enough

It depends on what sub you are running and how many cubic feet your box is.

You generally want between 12-16 square inches of port per cubic foot. What is the maximum height of your enclosure? You want to shoot for at least 30 square inches of port.

With the dimensions I used, it had 20.5 square inches of port. Maximum height is 14 externally, so 12.5 internal. I guess I will try to figure around some more with the width and depth cause I want the port facing up along with the sub. That may have to change tho idk.

The dimensions I had were height=22 depth=22 height=12.5
