sleeping pills

Careful with diphenhydramine... I don't know how you handle it, but I built up a tolerance for it and had to keep increasing the dose. Doxylamine succinate is a much more effective "aid" and doesn't seem to have the tolerance build up with prolonged use. You might get really dry nostrils leading to slight bloody noses every now and then. Both seem to make me feel like garbage all day though.
I've also found that taking more than the recommended dose leads to a very long restless night... aka, not being able to fall asleep, or stay asleep. 25 mg of doxy can usually tranquilize me for 13+ hours easily once I fall asleep.
Yeah, I'm at the point where I can take 200mg+ of each and not feel sleepy.

Cold turkey on all sleep aids for me.

i thinking of a light sleep aid maybe. im not a zombie or anything. just takes me awhile to fall asleep.
i would like something to help me fall asleep and be able to work the next day.
50mg trazodone. Nonphypnotic (so no sleep-driving) and helps you sleep without requiring a full 8 hours to wear off. Perfect for guys like me who have trouble falling asleep, but not staying asleep. Plus I can still take it if I only have like 6 hours to sleep
....

oooooooooo you are so cool because you can take a ton of ambien..ooooooooooo will you be my friend?

man shut the fuuuck up and get a life.
Negative, im cooler than you.

(Because you're a pussy)

maybe ill see what tylenol pm does for me. that don't work i might try that. if i use ambien i would probably go with 10mg not 50mg.

op, i have the same problem as you, doc said its called insomnia.. what helps me out is takin 1 ambien 10 mg, than takin a hot shower.. by the time you get out the shower and in bed i been fallin to sleep pretty quick..

Like I said, it works really nice. It's actually not a sleep aid. At higher doses, it's used as an anti-depressant. But my doctor suggested a low dosage to help me sleep and it works. I take it about 30 min before I go to bed. It helps me get to sleep, helps establish a good sleep cycle, and doesn't leave me groggy and worthless in the morning.
