Slednecks 14

ya i have never owned a doo but from what i have read on the skidoo forum itself last year that most people who own a new eteck are only getting about 1000 miles before they go boom. not to say polaris hasnt it had its problems either lets not forget the fusion fiasco or how they couldnt get there fuel mapping correct on the 08 to 2010 models u had to go out and get a 500 fuel programmers just to get it to run right but i think they got there **** together now with the new pro rmks and assualts and the rest of there line up

ETEC..... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Has had issues with the 800r not getting enough fuel.. the 600s are mint... polaris TRIED to copy doos Direct injection and failed.. a 600 etec is getting 20 mpg + with no smoke.. which is pretty awesome for a 2 stroke .. but the assults , etecs and f8s have more issues than you have read about ..

Im on dootalk, catchat, Totallyamaha, Allpolaris and hardcoresledder ..... you cant win.. Forums scare everyone who is new to the sport.... IMO i would rather have a ditch banging, good trail ring sled that has the rep on not breaking down... Which is yamaha.. do i wish I had an Arctic cat suspension, or a doo's performance and engine technology mixed with a polaris suspension with yamaha reliability ? well no ****.. who doesnt.. thats why there are 4 manufacturers out there... so you can pick you suited riding

i can turbo my apex to over 500hp:up2somet:
Yamahas are soooooooooo easy to mod... they basically make setups for the mountain sleds because they are non-existant in snowcross.... anywho/// Bottom line ( and every n00b will say this ... ) yammies are heavy.. blah blah blah.. yea... they are heav(ier) than skidoo , but big deal.. Look at the sleadhead , sledneck, snowgoer, and independent reviews on the 163" nytro... insane power, and never got stuck.....

right on im on ty to love that site, all i know is that when i would check out dootalk last year ther were alot of unhappy customers! most of them not getting more then 1000 miles out of a motor. and i have rode alot of cats and polaris snowmobiles i rode my boss's 2010 f8 and hated everything about it, no power, suspension was ****, and was made out of the cheapest plastic possible felt like it was going to just fall apart on you, most of my friends ride cat and i have driven alot of them but the odd chance i get to get on one of my buddies polaris's i love it the handling is awesome so nimble and light and awesome power. but my yamaha takes the cake when it comes down to pure power and torque its awesome for the trails and i can do **** near everything the 2 smokes can in ditch banging plus some people are gettng 30000+miles on a motor my buddy right now has 17000 miles on his yamaha warrior. but like i said i havent driven a new skidoo so i guess i cant really say about. i am probably ging to wait another year or 2 and try out a new polaris

ya weight doesnt mean **** the 2 strokes get stuck just as often if not more, and makes it all the more fun to laugh at them when ur sittin on 550 pound sled and there diggin themselves out. but when i get stuck 9 times out of 10 i just hold it to the pin and she chews her way out but that 1 time i may need a hand to pull the prick out hahaha

Can't forget these guys... (previous sleds)
