Should I use SLC 265's with an ED NINe.2, because it could be ran up to 14.2 volts, causing about 140-150 watts per each crossover set (mid and tweet), and I don't want to blow them, or should I get ED's 6500s. I know the rainbows hav better SQ but those ED's can handle that amp, what do you all think? Thank you...

Stop 'spec racing' with caraudio. A quality speaker is a quality speaker. That amp however will never produce that power with music, so if you blow them its a reflection on the user.

ok so what is everyone else powering the SLC's with. I'm definitely interested in gettin a pair within the near future and i don't want to skimp on the amp either though i do have a budget. If at all possible, i'm not really lookin to spend much more than 250 for a 4ch amp (wanna throw a set of coax's in the rear doors as well)
