y they stealin my bucket?
me and my dad ordered a set of SLC 265s from don this week and installed them yesterday. Mine are fine, but my dads havin a little problem. they were pretty quiet at first, but i turned up the gain some, and livened them right up. problem solved. Today we mounted the tweeter and put the door panel on. When we went to play it again, the left tweeter was makin a noise. it was kinda like morse code, and the louder you went, the louder the noise was. It is definately either the crossover or the tweeter, because when you disconnect the tweeter it stops completely. Is this a faulty tweeter or crossover? i checked all the connections, and the tweeter connections are not grounding out

tweeter is attenuated -3db, tried different attenuations, same thing

old school alpine HU

each side is gettin around 75 watts

they seemed fine at first, but arent anymore

help please?
