this is a SkyFi2 MX radio store demo unit (latest model)...which means it already has a subscription to XM radio...comes with unit, remote and brand new car kit that has been taken out of the package...let me say this again, you DO NOT need to sign up for XM radio bc its already hooked up...save $10 month w/ no bills to worry about...the subscription to my understanding does not stop so the unit will pay itself off
