Chances are you wont find a guide for installing let alone in a skoda, I dont think we have to many english members.
You may need a tool to pull the radio or you might have to pull off some of your dash trim to get the radio out. Once you do that if the stock radio is bigger then your replacement then you need to get a kit that has a filler plate.
