Skil Router 1823 Jasper Jig setup?

How does one setup the jasper jig.. Maybe my a.d.d is kicking in or something but I cant figure out if the screws go on the inside or under the jig which btw to me if it went under makes no sense.

anyone avail to give a pictorial on how to set the jig up? LOL I think I'm going to need routers or wood workers for dummies rotfl
