If he's stated on these forums that he has not experienced a loss, you might want to find that page and save it. It might save somebody or their parents a decent amount of money.
I'm not on "either side." I just hate to see a man's living destroyed by a group of people that likely have never even DELT with the man before.

I'm just in for the poast counts.. I have used the VVX subs, and so forth.. not jumping on the bandwagon either.. just stating what I've seen personally

only issue I had was waiting 3 weeks for a recone after payment.. other than that meh... it is what it is..

The thing that makes this capitalism great is that the people can make these shady companies rot and show there true colors. If a company does everything right (like sundown) they dont have issues. Kevin did something to **** off numerous numerous people. It doesnt matter if they tarnished anything if kevin had shady business practices to start with by sending b stock as a stock a bluntly lying to customers. He tarnished his own company...

For better or worse... the judge doesn't care.

And seriously... how many people did Kevin **** over? 5? 10? Most of the people on this witch hunt admit that they have never had dealings with the man.

I'd really like a count of people who were actually "fucked" by Kevin. ***** that you waited 3 weeks, but **** is on backorder now and then. I'm sure you weren't happy, but that isn't lawsuit worthy.

When I ordered it, they "was" in stock. I think Jacob actually had to send it out to me from SA, I have the box and stuff in the shop. Didn't come from Kevin

FYI Sundown is perfect IMO.. but that's a different story..

And I waited for 5 weeks after I paid for my recone from sundown.. Finally had to say fug it and ask them to give me parts instead.

LMAO round up those 20 and try to find a lawyer to put together a class action suit. I've been in a class action suit since I was 13 or so... I'm 39 now... several hundred of us stand to pocket half a million dollars or more, and lawyers weren't beating the door down to take our case. They all said we'd eventually win... but the time invested in retrial after retrial wasn't worth it for most... and they are taking 1/2 of what we get... if the suit ever completes. You won't find a lawyer that's going to file a class action suit for 20 people and 10,000.00 worth of product. Just won't happen.

Also, I've learned to make sure most of my wordings is either or neither or. As within the last 3 months I've seen 32 law suites, that has wasted enough money on lawyers for at least 40-50 Households to live well for 20-30 years. Can sue for any reason now days and win.. or lose and not have to worry about a cost because most lawyers sueing will do it for free unless there is a win.

Never said anything bad nor good about SA never used the product.. just stated where the recone came from.
