Do you guys pull **** out of your *** on the daily around these parts? ANY person that has EVER brought up an issue to me has been helped to the best of my ability. Kevin is also just a phone call away for any of these customers who were apparently "wronged".
Here is what you guys will never understand.....We have individually helped EVERY person who has brought a problem up to our attention. Every single time. No one gets ignored or disregarded ever.
Just because we, or whoever had the issue does not post in this idiotic thread for the jury of madbros to explain in perfect detail how we remedied the situation does NOT mean it wasn't fixed.
I don't know how else to better clarify this.
