EDIT: I do understand that ppl dont play with their money. Are you kidding me? Im not a child like most on here. But I also know that with all the thread links that have been posted through out 31 pages of BS, the only person to TRULY be scammed for any money is the WoW guy.. and I still have yet to see a thread or any details for that. No t to say it dont exist, but I'd like to see more than someone talking trash, because lets face it.. thats about all this 31 pages amounts to and it equal zeltch. Nothing at all.

^^Indeed they will. Thats EXACTLY the point. You guys see his past and avoid his business like a plague. Which is cool and your own choice, but IF his customers all tell a different story. That says your wrong. Plan and simple.

One thing I want to say about @SkarAudio since this thread calls into question his business practices, and talks about "shady dealings"

I have purchased 2 subs and an amp from Kevin, and have never had a complaint about either communication or service.
I also think that the rep of the products speaks for itself.

However, there was one thing which really bothered me recently:
The For Sale thread with the (4) like new subs from an install that the customer couldn't pay for, where Skar Audio had to un-install them after about a week, and had them offered here for $160 each......if you add up the number of subs that were sold/offered on that thread, unless my math is well and truly fukked up, it was a total of 8.
(And I think that a second, very similar For Sale thread popped up nearly as soon as posting to the original stopped)

I am not making any accusations, simply saying that this seemed....."fishy"

And even though I have had no issues with Kevin , it made me question exactly what I had just purchased from that original thread, where "4" subs apparently turned into 8 without explanation....

I don't give a fiddler's damn about what happened "back when." But I don't like feeling as though I may have been had.
If you're honest and forthright, @SkarAudio , then please explain.
I would appreciate hearing it.

What is the story about ED? When I first joined it was the forum boner, then i was away for about a year and they disappeared. I remember looking for a 1000 watt amp and had about 100 recommendations for a nine.1

The owner is a general douchebag. Sold edead on ebay claiming it was butyl based, when it was really asphalt based. Tried to steal design work from JL and TangBand when making the AV2(or whatever) and SQ(slim line) model woofers. There are a couple more things that I can't exactly remember.
