He still hasn't answered about the contest money though. I'm also pretty sure I got B stock subs too at team price since there was CA glue smeared over the dustcap on one and the surround on the other. Wouldn't they want the team to have the best looking subs?

If you emailed me I would have and still will replace them for new ones...at my cost..

When it comes to buying items from someone, do you not read reviews and feedback about the seller before making a purchase? Who's to say that the way he acted/handled himself with you isn't a false image put up? I for one am a strong believer in that you can take a scammer out of the streets but you cant take the streets out of the scammer. Like I said before, once a scammer always a scammer. Ive learned that from the many years of my life dealing with different types of people.

Which goes back to "have you not ever lied, stolen, or cheated". You have indeed lied. Its part of being a human. But by your philosophy, once a liar always a liar. With that being said why should anyone care what you have to say since your a liar?

I don't and never have lied to someone for their money. That is how. That is something I hold very prideful about too. There is no BS card to play because I was raised to not do stuff like that.

So when a company makes a mistake you feel that they should just close shop and give up on running a successful business?

Shitttttttttt it would be ******* impossible to get ANYTHING because just about EVERY company has messed up!. I've seen Jacob hate threads, DC Hate threads, all of that. The only difference is that the people around here act like they get paid to help show how much of a "scumbag" Kevin is. Yet everyone who deals with us is a very happy customer.

A troubled past will always catch up to you man, no matter how hard someone tries to hide it. It's has been pointed out with him and this company on way more than 1 occasion. I grew up with people that lied, cheated and posed having stuff that was their parents and guess what, they are still scumbag tools to this date. And this is after 10 years of not seeing them because I moved away from them.

And I can see how he misrepresented himself as a good enclosure builder once upon a time. But he didnt "Scam" anyone. He provided them with what they purchased. And I'd bet he did it to his best ability.. he clearly just ***** at building sh*t, lol.

I can see your getting frustrated, but it doesnt have to be this way. You sir, have no dealings with Kevin in any way,shape, or form. You honestly have no legitimate opinion, yet you still seek to bash him. Why don't you just let it be?

Perfect example of how I have never done that. 3 weeks ago I closed on a house and wanted to put a new tub in before we moved in it. Called home depot and had it waiting at the counter for us to pick up. While me and my father were there we picked up some wood, screws, etc. I pay the bill which I thought was a little off and we have a store employee help us load the stuff on the truck and leave. Once we started going down the road I kept getting a gut feeling that something wasn't done right so I look at my receipt. THEY NEVER CHARGED ME FOR THE $356 DOLLAR 1 PIECE BATHTUB! Most people would think, "sweet I just scored" but as I was sitting next to the person that raised me to never lie, cheat or steal I had the most guilty conscience and told him and we agreed to turn around and tell them about it. Because we did that, the manager was gracious enough to give us 20% off of each and every item we purchased (which ended up being over $200 it saved me) just because I was honest and straight forward.

So yes, I can honestly say I have not and will not ever do any of those. I have my taxes done every year professionally so I dont get screwed, I had an extra $20 come out of the atm for me once but I gave it back. My point is I believe that what goes around comes around. Because I always do whats right, it always ends out working in my favor. As you can see with this kevin guy, not so much.

Good Hallmark story there man. Honestly is. But I still dont believe, no matter how much you claim to be Mother Teresa, that you have never placed a single penny in your pocket that you didnt earn.

I bought some tires, brake pads and rotors from a shop once. He charged me for the pads and rotors but not the tires. I went back to let him know and correct the issue and he had the nerve to accuse me of trying to steal from him. I WENT BACK to his shop to pay him, but I was a thief.. If I could do it over again, I wouldnt have gone back. I dont claim to be mother teresa. I am a human. I have, and will again, messed up. No matter how much you deny any human like qualities, you have aswell. Just like Kevin, who your bashing... for NO reason.

You havent EVER dealt with him. What sense of purpose do you get out of bashing a guy you have no affiliation with? Please enlighten me oh holy one. You are indeed much better than any of the people on this forum as you do NO wrong. Please, allow us the privilege of picking your brain. What joy do you get from crushing another human for his short comings holy one??

Trust me, I am no "mother teresa" but however I do not believe in ripping off/scamming/lieing to people for their hard earned money because I know I would never want that to happen to me. Flat out period. Some people have morals in life, guess others need some.

I bust my a55 and work hard for everything I have and I know the next guy probably has too. So why would I wanna take that away from them to benefit myself when I know I have to live with knowing what I did to them day after day and every time I see them? That to me is not worth a couple $.
