i'm not sure if number 4 can possibly be emphasized enough. There seems to be more than a few people who are "happy with their equipment" but admit that it show signs of previous molestation before they got it, even though it was advertised as "new". This to me is unacceptable. You can't possibly have THAT many "mix-ups", and if you do, you need to find a better way of managing your stock. It's not that difficult.
