Skar Audio crap

Just about every company that goes and ACTUALLY cares about how their products are made and by who.
SHOK Industries just got back a couple months ago from his trip to his buildhouse as well. SHOK is another new company thats growing fast.....theydumbtooooooo?

And let me get this straight.....because the same 5-6 people have posted about 128 pages worth of worthless **** lolol

I'll accept that 120 pages are worthless, still people are angry enough to keep posting it on this site. Very few people are going to read the 130 pages, but they are going to notice that the pages are there on a thread against your company.

Yes the other company is dumb as well.

No American WANTS their products to be made in China, its a reality that we like to ignore but accept.

You don't see a link on Apple's site showing their factory or pictures of any major brand name's facility unless its made in the USA. The Chinese manufacturing situation isn't a positive thing for America, it is really hurting our country. I really don't see how you can deny that...

The amount of sales that come from car audio forums are very small in general - and it seems to be the same people posting with so much hate towards me. If you don't like me or Skar, that is fine, you have every right in this country to do as you please. However, I can assure you we are expanding fast and our customers are very happy with us, so it really is pointless to keep bashing and saying how we will fail - when it is just the opposite that is happening. I guess all in all, if you feel like spending your free time bashing on us, that is your choice.

I wonder what your workers would have to say about your company Kevin? No doubt they are working 13 hour days just to survive over there. It's pretty much the only reason I even have an opinion on the matter. Also it was you who started this as I recall, changing/deleting people questions/review. If you want to censor people stay in China, they are great at censorship over there...

And on a side note, I have seen lots of SKam's for sale on the Florida Craig's list....

I have emailed a few of the ad's asking why they are selling them.....

Not one of the people I have contacted had anything good to say about them other then they were cheap.....

Hell one time I even saw DC Audio amp for sale in Qatar's version of craigslist!

So your saying that we run a shady company and scam yet have never dealt with us? Seems hypocritical imo. We run an honest company day in and day out and are openly available for customers to reach. I am often up until wee hours of the morning just to make sure emails get answered as soon as they are received. I never said we were perfect or haven't made mistakes in the past, but I have said that we have corrected them and learned from them to continue growing an building a stronger company. I am already aware of the fact I won't change a few of your guy's view, so be it as it may, just find it interesting how much hate some of you have torwards me/Skar.

On the topic of China - I would LOVE for America to be able to make products again/manufacturing at home. However, it is not a reality at this day in age as much as I hate to say it. I deal with a legitimate factory that treat's its employee's well, unlike Apple's Foxxconn, which is probably why you don't see them advertise it...so that point is really irrelevant. Their wage is lower, but cost of living is also much cheaper. I am totally aware of the labor abuse in China which is why I set out to use a factory that was high quality, and treated it's staff well with fair pay. I spoke to many of the workers while there, and the factory owner wasn't even around and they seemed happy to have that specific job. I visited some other factories in the area while there (such as the one that makes all of Walmart's pool tables) and there workers looked miserable and I was told the turnover rate is 1x per month. I am all for building things in America when it economically makes sense and we are able too, but our infrastructure no longer supports it for many things, and/or American's wouldn't want to pay the price associated with bringing those products back to being made in the USA. Point being, in the end of the day, if we HAVE to use China to make our products, we made sure that we have a reliable, respectable factory to work with.
