if he does come over there call 911 and have your phone out where it can pick up whats goin on between you two,(belt clip maybe) and keep it on so they record the entire thing so it could be used in your favor in court, and make sure you say loud and clear he has a weapon and you will shoot in he attacks you. you should be pretty well covered in court then

i didnt say hide in the house and call the cops and wait for them to save you, but recorded evidence is never a bad idea if worse comes to worse and they try charging you with some bs

invest in a security system. i think he would be more likely to do it when your least expecting it. it is a felony assault to break in to attack you then to just assault you in the street. once makes any contact with you at all you can file restraining order. just trying to help ya here. bad situation man. if it gets crazy then go snyper.
