Goob has a managed dedicated server.

All he did was install the forum and the host manages the server and services.

Were you around when cloudflare just started?

I was on wjunction when the owner came with the idea which it was suppose to be originally as a reverse proxy for ddos attacks.

Now people use it as a cdn because it has regional dns servers that help dns response time.

The idea has always been dumb.
