sing 1606d push 4 cvrs?

current have 2 2ohm cvr 12's wired to 2 ohms but i want louder would i benefit from getting 2 more 12's and wire all 4 of them to 1 ohm? the 1606d is rated at 1600wrms @ 1 ohm, i know it wont do all 1600w but will it do enough to push all 4 subs?

or what about getting 1 more cvr and pushing just 3 subs at 1.34 ohms?

they'll be a bit under powered, more around 350RMS to each, but double the cone area, so i wouldnt see why it wouldnt at least get a wee bit louder

of course, this is taken into consideration that you have room for a correct sized box for four CVR's

current box just has 2 chambers and i planned on just throwing 2 more into another 2 chamber box i got lieing around, so it'd be 2 boxes with 2 subs each

are the CVR's you have now ported or sealed?

4 12's is a lot for a truck, you may actually lose output

and if your sealed right now, build yourself a ported box, it will get a bit louder if done right

they're in my altima not a truck and they are sealed as it is

in a trunk, i would port the 12's you have now before adding two more, for sure.

or, sell your CVR's, and buy 2 12's that can take more power, and put those in a ported box
