I have a set and have the upgrade headlight harness as well (you will need this to run these lamps and not burn up your factory harness). They are much brighter than standard Hologen lamps but have a lot more glare (still much better than those stupid blue bulds).

Ahhhh what kinda car do you have? Lets see had them in a 97 tercel 94firebird and 04Gmc sierra. buddys run them in 2 01 f-150's 96 tahoe and much more and none of us have had problems.

Ford F250, guess we must have $hitty wiring. I can't believe you have never heard of anyone melting a socket w/ these bulbs?

nope never.Well dont make me say it buts prob ford they have shitty Headlight sockets. They melt and then the post touch and cause alot of resistence and cause them to appear very dim.

I have run these bulbs in my 04 silverado for 2 years now. No melted harness or socket for me.
